The Renaissance Austin Hotel will provide accommodations for registered conference participants. Special room rates ($89 per night) are available on a limited basis (Aug 9-13). The rate may not apply for days outside of that range. Contact the hotel for details.

To reserve your preferred accommodations, please visit the Renaissance Austin website and enter Group code "ACCACCA". You may also call 1-800-228-9290 and mention the group name, "ScicomP/SP-XXL". Hotel reservations must be made by Friday, July 23rd. Room availability can not be guaranteed after this date. For participants arriving early or staying after the conference, you may request the special conference rate of $89 when making your reservation this rate will be honored upon space and rate availability.

A shuttle will run between the Hotel and conference at TACC. On your registration please let us know if you will need a shuttle or will be driving. The distance is ~2 miles.
